Request Muslim Journey Account Deletion

You can use Muslim Journey without an account. If you created an optional sync account, you can request deletion of that account and its synced data at any time.

Send a deletion request

Email us from the address used for your Muslim Journey account, or include that account email in your message.

We verify ownership

We may ask for a short confirmation so we only delete data for the rightful account owner.

We delete account data

After verification, we delete the account and synced learning data from our Supabase records.

What We Delete

Account identifiers such as user ID and email address
Optional profile details, such as display name if provided
Synced progress, achievements, settings, game stats, and fasting logs

Timing and Limited Retention

We usually process deletion requests within 30 days after account ownership is verified.

Messages you send through support or the contact form may be retained long enough to handle the request.
Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Anonymous analytics or aggregate diagnostics that cannot identify your account may remain.

Deleting Local Device Data

Locally stored data may remain on your device after account deletion. You can clear it from the app Settings page with the reset option, or from your browser/device settings by clearing Muslim Journey site data.
