Muslim Journey collects minimal data to provide you with a personalized learning experience: • **Local Storage Data**: Your progress, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using browser local storage. This data never leaves your device. • **Optional Account Data**: If you choose to sign in, we collect your email address and optional name to create your account and sync your progress. • **Synced Learning Data**: Signed-in users may sync learning progress, achievements, settings, game stats, and fasting logs through Supabase. • **Analytics and Diagnostics**: We may collect app usage, performance, and diagnostic information to improve reliability and the learning experience. • **No Account Required**: You can use Muslim Journey without creating an account. Sign-in is optional and is used for syncing.

We take data security seriously: • All data is stored locally on your device • We use secure HTTPS connections • Optional account and sync data is transmitted over encrypted connections • We do not sell your data • We only share data with service providers needed to run the app, such as Supabase and analytics/diagnostics providers

Your data is used solely to enhance your experience: • **Personalization**: Remember your language preference, theme, and learning progress • **Streak Tracking**: Track your daily learning streaks locally • **Achievements**: Store your unlocked achievements and XP • **Saved Content**: Remember your saved duas and bookmarks • **Account Sync**: If you sign in, sync selected data across your devices

You have full control over your data: • **Access**: View all your stored data in your browser's developer tools • **Delete**: Clear all data by clearing your browser's local storage or using the app's reset function • **Account Deletion**: Request deletion of your optional account and synced data from the Account Deletion page • **Export**: Your browser allows you to export local storage data • **Opt-out**: Disable analytics through your browser settings

If you enable notifications: • Notifications are processed locally on your device • We do not track notification interactions • You can disable notifications at any time through your browser or device settings

To delete local data: 1. Open your browser's settings 2. Navigate to Privacy or Site Settings 3. Find Muslim Journey and clear site data 4. Alternatively, use the "Clear All Data" option in the app's Settings page To delete your optional account and synced data, visit the Account Deletion page and send a request from the email used for your account. After verification, we usually process deletion requests within 30 days.
